This is a late review, but late better than never. Gavin was the solicitor when I was purchasing a flat in London back to May and June this year. I wanted to complete the transaction by 30 June to save on stamp duty. I appointed Gavin as my solicitor in the mid of May, and 2 days later I went overseas for 2 months. When Gavin accepted the job (some firms stopped taking in any jobs or asked for a double normal price at that time), I offered him a bonus for completing before 30 June. He declined but assured me they would do their best! During the time I was overseas, regardless the unusual high demands from the clients and the incorporated solicitor on the buyer's sideļ¼Gavin helped me complete on 28th June. I couldn't express my appreciation to him enough. I can only say that I will be happy to let Gavin and his firm help me with all legal matters in the future. Gavin was honest and reliable!!
