Booked a consultation for visa extension, I knew more than the advisor. She had no idea of what i was asking about as she didnt even known a single thing on the guidance! Took her 30 minutes to answer one single question after confirming with other advisors! (Which was still incorrect) and had the cheek to request extra fee for overtime! VERY POOR SERVICE. £120.00 WASTED!
